CustomCall Data Systems Celebrates Year 15 as Billing and OSS Provider
CustomCall Data Systems marks its 15th anniversary today. Starting with a staff of three, the firm has grown to approximately 40 full-time employees. Its client base includes leading VoIP and IPTV service providers, cable MSOs, wireless providers, MVNOs, local and long distance companies and network wholesalers. The organization’s 50 clients are located throughout the United States and the Caribbean.
Initially providing hosted bill processing services for competitive telephone companies, CustomCall has grown to now have the full range of communications service providers rely on the company for billing, invoicing, reseller management, end-user collections and other customer-facing activities.
