ConceptWave to Present Strategic Approach to Converged Service Delivery at Management World Orlando 2008

ConceptWave Software Inc. will address enterprise order management in two joint speaking sessions at Management World Orlando 2008. The sessions outline Videotron and Time Warner Cable’s deployment of ConceptWave’s Order Care solution, and reveals best practices in achieving end-to-end order handling and management. The sessions will take place November 19 and 20 in meeting room DCA1 at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel.

Time Warner Cable’s Enoch Glover and ConceptWave’s Rick Kapani will present the session, “Seizing Digital Voice Market Opportunity with Integrated Order Management.” This presentation will outline best practices and lessons learned by Time Warner Cable in achieving end-to-end order handling with ConceptWave’s order care system. This session will take place on Wednesday, November 19, from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.

In addition, ConceptWave’s Dahl Morrison will be presenting with Videotron’s André Gascon in a session titled “Leveraging an Enterprise Product Catalog Strategy to Consolidate and Simplify the Quoting/Ordering of Residential Quad-Play Services.” This session will address how ConceptWave helped Canada’s fourth largest residential service provider successfully overcome challenges associated with fulfilling multiple converged services and outline a successful approach to achieving a seamless order handling experience for end-customers. This session will take place on Thursday, November 20, from 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.
