Comarch, a global IT business solutions provider and systems integrator, employing over 3500 people worldwide, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Greek company Ergoman, provider of tailor-made solutions in the telecommunications and IT business sector, with the aim of conducting common business development activities in Greece as well as commercial contracts realization on the Greek market.

The purpose of the agreement for Comarch is to acquire a local partner in Greece that is responsible for business development activities. In the case of commercial contracts it will also be Comarch’s local representative for guaranteeing first line support for customers.

The agreement will contribute to building the awareness of Comarch BSS & OSS solutions among the biggest telecom operators and service providers in Greece and at the same time should enable Ergoman to enhance its products portfolio.
