Clarity Opens Asian Headquarters

Clarity, the telecommunication industry’s Operational Support System (OSS) business process automation company, has opened an office in Singapore to provide support for customers and partners across the Asia-Pacific region. The new Singapore office, located in the Central Business District, will provide a range of business services, including marketing, sales, pre-sales and customer support.

“Demand for our Next Generation OSS has grown steadily in Asia over the past couple of years,” said Dr Ian Campbell, Executive Chairman, Clarity.

“We are proactively expanding our operations in Asia in anticipation of continued growth in the marketplace. This is part of Clarity’s commitment to provide local support for our customers and partners. We also believe that market is going to see continued expansion as operators look to automate their business processes and gain full visibility of their networks.”

Over the past 12 months, Clarity has had the privilege to sign and deliver its Next Generation OSS solution to four of the leading operators in the region, including:

- Philippines Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT)
- Telekom Malaysia
- PT Hutchison CP Telecommunications in Indonesia
