NetCracker to Acquire Subex’s Activation Business

NetCracker has entered into an agreement to acquire Subex’s activation business. NetCracker Technology has told OSS News Review that they have reached an agreement with Subex Ltd., to acquire its activation and provisioning business in an asset sale.

NetCracker will acquire Subex’s NetProvision, NetOptimizer, and Vector products, and the associated business. NetProvision and NetOptimizer represent what was previously the Syndesis business covering the provisioning and activation domains. (more…)

Telecom NZ’s Chorus Selects NetCracker’s Workforce Management Solution to Drive Automation

NetCracker announced today that Chorus, Telecom New Zealand’s network business, will deploy NetCracker’s Workforce Management Solution to manage disparate parts of its operations. The solution will improve overall business process efficiencies, deliver a higher level of automation, and increase customer satisfaction. Chorus, a Telecom New Zealand business, builds and maintains the copper and fiber access network, and makes that network available to other telecommunications providers.
