BTC Bahamas to Implement Cerillion Convergent Solution for NGN Services

Cerillion Technologies today announced a multi-million dollar contract with The Bahamas Telecommunications Company Limited (BTC) to implement a fully convergent CRM and billing solution in the Bahamas. Reltelwireless Implements Cerillion Mediation Solution for CDMA Network

Cerillion Technologies has announced a new contract with Reliance Telecommunications (Reltelwireless) to implement a complete mediation solution for their CDMA network in Nigeria. Cerillion will deliver their Mediator product and provide integration with network switches from Huawei.

Kenneth Aigbinode, Vice Chairman Reliance Telecommunications, said “Mediation has become an important area of focus within Reltelwireless as we continue to develop our revenue assurance programmes. Cerillion have proven they understand our business and we are confident that their Mediator system will help us maximise our billable revenues.”

The system will be used to improve revenue assurance in Reltelwireless, securing revenue generation from a full range of corporate and residential services. Manx Telecom Secures British Approvals Board of Telecommunications BABT Approval Using Cerillion Billing Solution

Cerillion Technologies has announced that Manx Telecom, a wholly owned subsidiary of O2 and part of the Telefonica group, had become the first combined fixed and mobile telecommunications company in the world to gain BABT approval for its billing. BABT – British Approvals Board of Telecommunications – is the standard recognised worldwide which gives customers an assurance of accuracy in billing and pricing for telecommunications products and services.

“Gaining approval was a condition of our new Telecom license,” commented Mike Dee, Director of Finance, Manx Telecom. “Cerillion’s billing software supports all our fixed and mobile services and has played a vital role in us achieving this compliance.”

Manx Telecom worked in close co-operation with Cerillion staff to evaluate the existing billing operation, and identify and correct any areas that failed to meet the rigorous conditions laid down by the BABT Standard. By demonstrating that the bill production process achieved the high levels of accuracy and consistency required, approval was achieved in a comparatively short timeframe. (more…)

Caudwell Communications Implements Cerillion Solution as Strategic CRM & Billing Platform
