CAPE Technologies Wins Revenue Assurance Deals with Operators in South America and South-East Asia

6:52 pm   -   February 8th, 2007

CAPE Technologies, a leading innovator and provider of Revenue, Cost and Margin Assurance solutions for the Telecommunications industry, has won new contracts to provide its RevenueOfficeâ„¢ suite to leading telecom operators in South America and South-East Asia.

The South American operator, with almost 5 million subscribers, had recognised the imperative to automate all manual processes for revenue assurance, preventing revenue leakage and optimising revenues and margins. Following a competitive tender, CAPE’s RevenueOffice™ solution was chosen because of its proven business benefits and technical capabilities to meet the operator’s needs across all of its revenue risk areas.

The operator in South-East Asia provides cellular services for voice & data telecommunications, with several additional services such as Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). RevenueOffice has been licensed for 15 million subscribers in order to provide Usage Assurance, Subscriber Provisioning Integrity, Network Data Integrity and Prepaid Balance Validation, with the rollout being delivered over 3 project phases.

RevenueOfficeâ„¢ enables real-time monitoring & optimization of the revenue and cost streams in a telecom network, ensuring accurate subscriber billing, integrity of network data and compliance with regulatory frameworks. Through the RevenueOfficeâ„¢ Web Portal, the Business User can gain an in-depth understanding of revenue, cost & margin performance, presented via Reports, Alarms, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and configurable Dashboards.

Philip Sharpe, President and CEO of CAPE, commented: “We are delighted to have won these two significant contracts. Our dedicated presence in the Americas and Asia Pacific, and our understanding of the local markets mean we can successfully compete and efficiently deliver in both regions. These latest wins are a great endorsement of our continued commitment to R&D and confirm our position as a global leader in revenue assurance solutions.”

Meet CAPE Technologies on Stand 1F17 in Hall 1 at 3GSM World Congress 2007 in Barcelona, 12 - 15 February.
