This deployed solution, based on CAPE’s market-leading RevenueOffice™ product, ensures the accuracy and completeness of all revenue shared by the operator, and assures the overall customer experience from content order to receipt, giving confidence that revenue shared with content partners is fully reconciled with revenue billed to subscribers.
The solution enables operators to validate the increasingly complex billing and bundling mechanisms that underpin the delivery of content to subscribers. This is a key new client deployment from CAPE’s Cost & Margin portfolio, building upon its RevenueOffice™ platform to expand the function of revenue assurance to the automated assurance of costs and optimisation of margins from mobile services and individual subscribers.
