BSG Clearing Solutions Adds Senior Executives to its Hong Kong Office
BSG Clearing Solutions, a subsidiary of Billing Services Group Limited (AIM:BILL), the telecom industry’s clearing and settlement provider, has announced two key appointments to strengthen its sales organization in the Asia Pacific region. Appointments include:
- John Rocca, General Manager, Asia Pacific
- Candic Law, Regional Sales Manager, Asia Pacific

John Rocca joins as General Manager, Asia Pacific and will be responsible for all operational activities in the BSG Hong Kong office. Prior to joining BSG, Rocca worked at Intec Telecom Systems (Intec Billing), where he served as Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region. Before Intec, Rocca worked with LogicaCMG in the Communications Division and the International Business Unit, where he focused on global sales and delivery of telecommunications solutions.
Candic Law joins as Regional Sales Manager, Asia Pacific and will be responsible for expanding the company’s business in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to working with BSG, Law worked with Hutchison Telecommunications Ltd., where she led a team that managed roaming partners worldwide including Asia Pacific operators China Mobile, China Unicom, Chunghwa, FarEastone, Singtel, Starhub, Celcom, SK Telecom, T-Mobile and DoCoMo.
