Billing Concepts and the former EDS Interoperator Services GmbH Is Now BSG Clearing Solutions

Billing Services Group Limited (AIM: BILL) today announced that it has combined the operation of its subsidiaries and is re-branding the Billing Concepts operating company and the former EDS Interoperator Services GmbH to BSG Clearing Solutions. The new name more accurately reflects the company’s mission of enabling existing and next generation network commerce and its global presence. A new website for all companies, www.bsgclearing.com, will be its sole portal for communicating its comprehensive commerce solutions.

“Our new name – BSG Clearing Solutions – clearly communicates our ability to clear financial and data transactions across varied communications platforms for the convergence of next generation services,” said Patrick Haynes III, CEO of BSG Clearing Solutions. “With the complexity of wireless international roaming, VoIP, WiFi, and digital content, companies need a comprehensive solution to simplify the process of integrating and monetizing the many-to-many retail and wholesale interconnections.
