Auchan France Together with Comarch Launches a Pre-paid Offer

11:50 am   -   December 6th, 2007

Auchan France has launched a new pre-paid offer that is the first of its kind in France that enables Internet access and is based on the Comarch 3arts system. Comarch has been delivering services to Auchan France since 2006.

Auchan France has officially inaugurated the new pre-paid solution allowing wireless access to the Internet via SIM cards. This is the first in France and the biggest offer of its kind in Europe. This new service is offered in the Auchan network.

Most of the implementation was conducted by Comarch. This solution is based on the convergent and compact billing platform Comarch 3arts, which is designed for controlling, billing and delivering next generation IP services and is already working in Auchan. The system has been implemented by many operators all over the world and features high flexibility and short activation time for all modern IP based services.

“Cooperation with Auchan gives us a lot of satisfaction and brings collateral benefits. Auchan is very satisfied with our professional services, which has been proven by long term coactions and newly commissioned projects,” said Anna Filipiak, President of Comarch Software AG.

Comarch S.A. and Auchan France have cooperated for over one year. Comarch’s solutions enabled Auchan Telecom to become an MNVO.
