Ariston Global Combines Operations of Two of its Portfolio Firms
New seamless service management solution for communication service providers is achieved by the Integration of development, delivery, and support activities
Ariston Global announced that it had combined day-to-day operations of two of its portfolio companies, Strata Group and Interactive Enterprise (IE). With this combination, both companies will complement their respective markets and product capabilities in delivering an integrated end-to-end service management solution for the communications industry.
“With the communications industry placing a greater emphasis on optimizing the customer experience, service providers require an integrated solution – one that not only activates services but also enables them to effectively manage how these services are delivered to individual subscribers,” said Steve Dubnik, Co-CEO of Ariston Global. “By combining Strata Group’s industry-standard C3C customer self-service platform with IE’s high-performance service activation and management solution, Conexon, service providers can now seamlessly take advantage of a powerful, integrated service management solution. This enables them to optimize the customer experience and maximize revenue generation,” he added.
Strata Group and Interactive Enterprise will leverage and share their global sales, technical support, and software development infrastructures to deliver an integrated service management solution to the marketplace.
Ariston Global also announced that Dave Sellers has been appointed CEO of the newly combined IE/Strata Group companies and that Gabe Taul will assume overall Sales and Marketing leadership for both organizations. Mr. Sellers has been President & CEO of Strata Group for over twelve years and has more than 20 years of OSS experience.
