Argent Delivers Convergent Billing Platform to Telecom Cook Islands
Argent Networks, a leading technology and telecommunications billing solutions company, will provide its ArgentEclipseâ„¢ real time convergent billing and CRM software for Telecom Cook Islands. Telecom Cook Islands which has been operating since 1991 is majority owned by Telecom New Zealand with 40 percent held by the Cook Islands locally elected government.
