Mr. Angerhofer and his team have also been working very closely with the Independent Optical Network (ION) of New York to create a statewide DWDM network to offer advanced services to its members.

“Steve Angerhofer has a thorough understanding of the challenges and opportunities that are driving communications businesses in this age of rapid technological change,” said Peter Rasmusson, Martin Group’s President of TCE, in announcing the promotion. “As a recognized leader in IP technology, we’ve relied on his knowledge and expertise to help build our customer base. Our intention now is to leverage his talent across the entire team of consultants and engineers in order to build strategic relationships, increase customer satisfaction, and deliver valuable services to the customer.”

Mr. Angerhofer joined Martin Group in 2001 and has worked as a key engineering manager and project director.
