Amdocs Selected by Ukraine’s International Telecommunication Company to Support CDMA Network
Competitive marketplace expansion for new services is enabled by Amdocs short time to market
Amdocs today announced that International Telecommunication Company (ITC), one of the Ukraine’s largest CDMA service providers, operating under the brand “CDMA Ukraine,” selected Amdocs Compact Convergence for convergent real-time charging and service delivery across its CDMA network.
Amdocs Compact Convergence, a network connected full-service enablement solution designed for high-growth, competitive markets, allows ITC to achieve fast time to market for operations, new service introduction, and offers the flexibility needed to support expansion and growth. The solution will enable CDMA Ukraine to support both prepaid and postpaid customers across voice, data, mobile Internet, short message service (SMS), and a variety of innovative value-added services.
“Previously, ITC discovered that its homegrown charging system was challenged to support a growing subscriber base and the introduction of advanced value-added services in the face of fierce market competition,” said Andrey Logvin, chief executive officer of ITC. “The Amdocs Compact Convergence solution will enable us to bring services fast to market, compete effectively and offer our customers an enhanced customer experience, with rich service offerings and the most advanced account and payment options.”
