Amdocs Awarded New Contract by Comcast for Billing, Customer Care, and Operational Support Systems

Amdocs announced that Comcast Corporation licensed new business and operational support (BSS/OSS) products from Amdocs. Comcast will deploy customer care, billing and OSS solutions based on Amdocs CES 7.5, its new portfolio of products, according to the new agreement.

Amdocs has provided longstanding support to Comcast’s video, high-speed Internet, and voice services. In addition to billing and customer care, Comcast also will deploy Amdocs CES – Cramer OSS 7.5 to support its network resource management and network planning processes.
