Alltel Renews Billing Services Contract with Convergys
Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in customer care, human resources, and billing services, has recently announced a four year contract renewal with Alltel (NYSE:AT) to continue to manage Alltel’s wireless data rating operations. Alltel has more than 11 million wireless customers and has been a Convergys client since 1985.
Convergys will continue to manage Alltel’s wireless data rating using Infinys [tm] Rating and Billing (IRB). IRB is part of the Infinys product suite, Convergys’ leading convergent Business Support System software.
