360 Scheduling has Fourth Year of More than 50 percent Growth

9:57 am   -   September 16th, 2008

360 Scheduling announced the fourth year of Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) exceeding 50 percent with a six fold year-on-year increase in the number of engineers organized by its class leading scheduling platform. This phenomenal growth looks set to continue with successful entry into the US market during 2008 and a growing number of partners choosing to integrate the 360 Dynamic Scheduling Engine into their products.

Since entering the market in 2004, 360’s imperative has been to exploit the tremendous potential of the web to produce a modern scheduling solution that easily integrates via the Internet with other field service systems using a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). It is this approach that is yielding results, taking scheduling, previously only affordable to large organizations, in to the mainstream.

In 2007, 360 entered the French market and won the world’s largest scheduling contract, which involves day-to-day scheduling of over 42,000 resources. In 2008, 360 entered the US market where it now has two leading integration partners and where it signed a significant multi-million dollar contract with Dycom Industries, Inc. a leading provider of specialty engineering, construction, maintenance, and installation services.

“These results are very encouraging. Our entry into the US market and early success during 2008 is particularly satisfying,” said Laurent Othacéhé, CEO of 360 Scheduling. “There are over 500 US companies involved in field service with more than 1,000 engineers many of whom are looking for a modern web-based service oriented solution, which of course we have been developing for over five years. Elsewhere in the UK, where we are based and in Europe, there is strong demand for our scheduling solutions and our prospects moving forward look very bright indeed,” continued Othacéhé.
