Berg Insight Says 60 Percent of WCDMA Handsets Will Be GPS Galileo enabled by 2010

A new research report from the wireless analyst firm Berg Insight forecasts that 60 percent of WCDMA handset shipped worldwide will have integrated GPS/Galileo receivers by 2010. Satellite positioning technology enables delivery of location based services such as personal navigation on mobile phones.
