Syndesis Selected As Part of Telstra’s IT Transformation Project

Convergys to Manage Billing Operations for VIBO Telecom

Convergys Corporation (NYSE:CVG), a leader in customer care, human resources, and billing services, has announced that it has signed a 5-year professional services outsourcing contract with VIBO Telecom, Taiwan’s leading 3G mobile operator, to manage VIBO’s back office operations.

“We selected Convergys because of its operational expertise in managing and operating complex customer care and billing environments to achieve optimal performance,” said David Wang, VIBO’s CEO.

Under this new contract, Convergys will continue to manage all aspects of VIBO’s customer care and billing systems, extending a contract first signed in 2005. TTI Telecom Reports Second Quarter 2006 Financial Results

TTI Team Telecom International Ltd. (NASDAQ: TTIL), (”TTI Telecom”), a global supplier of Operations Support Systems (OSS) to communications service providers, today announced results for its fiscal second quarter ended June 30, 2006. Total revenues for the second quarter were $12.6 million, an increase of 24% as compared to $10.2 million for the second quarter of 2005. Operating income for the quarter was $0.2 million, compared with an operating loss of $2.3 million for the same quarter of 2005, and net income was $0.2 million, or $0.01 per diluted share, versus a net loss of $2.3 million, or $0.20 per diluted share, in the same quarter last year. TTI Telecom ended the quarter with approximately $36.5 million in cash and liquid investments. (more…)

Brasil Telecom Signs Contract with Convergys for Convergent Billing

Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a provider of customer care, human resources, and billing services, has announced a new five-year contract with Brasil Telecom S.A. (NYSE: BTM) to expand the use of Convergys’ Infinys [tm] software to support Brasil Telecom’s wireless, wireline, data, and Internet services. Since 2002, Infinys, the leading convergent BSS software, has supported Brasil Telecom’s fixed telephony customers and, as of 2003, its wireless subscribers.

Amdocs Completes Acquisition of Cramer Systems
